THE PROGRAM
History in the Herd: Reflect on short stories, poetry, music and art featuring horses in history, observe our herds and create your own expression of “horse”.
Begin with Hello: Greet and groom several of our horses to become familiar with the science and the subtlety of their language.
What We Carry: Step away from the horses for lunch and shift focus to examine what you bring with you as you walk through the barn and through daily life.
Making Space: Return to the barn to work one on one with a horse to modulate your breath, your energy and your movement to establish connection.
Mirror, Mirror: Play with moving together with your horse and experiment with how they interpret and reflect your presence.
