ACCOMODATIONS

  • 24/7 small group turnout with shared run-ins

  • Automatic waterers for clean, ground-temperature water all year

  • Regular manure removal

  • Stone dust footing in high traffic areas for minimal mud

ADVOCACY & SUPPORT

  • Owner, manager and trainers live on site

  • Supportive and friendly community of riders

Included for Full Board Clients:

  • 24/7 client support

  • Veterinary and farrier management and scheduling

  • Holistic wellness advocacy

  • Bodywork and postural development support

  • Weekly dressage, jumping, rider biomechanics or groundwork lessons

  • Schooling sessions available

  • Travel, showing and clinic opportunities

  • Indoor grooming stalls attached to the indoor arena

  • Stalls available for convenience or emergencies

  • Indoor arena with mirror

  • Outdoor sand arena

  • Summer jump fields with stadium and cross country obstacles

  • 68 acres of private trails

  • Climate controlled tack room

  • Solarium for grooming and tacking up

FEED

  • 24/7 hay: quality netted round bales protected from the weather by hay huts

  • Owner provided grain and supplements fed 2x/day

Included for Full Board Clients:

  • Individualized anti-inflammatory grain-free and non-synthetic forage-based feed program

EMERGENCY & INCIDENTAL CARE

  • 24/7 emergency support available

  • Emergency transportation available (additional fees)

Included for Full Board Clients:

  • Basic wound care and short term rehab services

  • Emergency medical care with meds, supplies on hand

  • Stall rest or short term overnight stalls available

2025-2026 RATES

Full Board: $1200/month

Basic Board: $800/month

Additional Lessons: $250/month
